When can I expect my order to arrive and what is the delivery charge?
Orders placed before 4pm are despatched the next working day on a 24 hour delivery Monday to Friday by Courier. There is no delivery charge on stock items despatched by us on any orders over £35.00, orders under £35.00 incur a £4.95* + VAT delivery charge. If your order is urgent please phone 08717 11 11 11 to ask for next day delivery at no extra charge (Monday – Friday only).
* Please note that additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Channel Islands, Eire and anywhere outside the UK.
Delivery of non stock items
Please note that non stock items are despatched direct from our suppliers and so incur a separate postal charge, these items are all clearly maked in the catalogue. Goods despatched from the same supplier will only incur one postage charge, however if you order several non stock products from different suppliers there may be multiple postage charges, these will be clearly detailed once you get to the checkout. If in doubt please phone us for full post and packing charges on 08717 11 11 11.
I would like my order to be delivered or invoiced to an alternative address, can you arrange that?
We can deliver and invoice to any address however all orders need to be signed for so please only give home addresses if there will be someone there to sign for your parcel, I am afraid we cannot specify a delivery time.
I have only received part of my order where is the rest?
If your order is quite large it may be sent in two or more parcels, they are despatched at the same time but sometimes get separated in transit they should however all arrive within two working days. If you have ordered a wallchart it will always be sent separately in a tube. Non stock items incurring a separate postage charge are sent direct from our supplier so will not be sent with the rest of your order. If in doubt please phone us on 08717 11 11 11.
Very occasionally an item may be out of stock if this is the case the product will be marked ‘to follow’ on your despatch note and will be forwarded to you as soon as it is available, if the delay is likely to be more than a few days we will contact you to let you know.
