Delivery of stock items
We do our best to ensure that orders received before 3pm are despatched the next working day on a 24 hour delivery Monday to Friday by Courier. We can do a same day despatch (stock items only, please call for details) if the order is received before 3pm however a surcharge may be made. Please note a signature is required for all deliveries.
Delivery of non stock items
Please note that non stock items are despatched direct from our suppliers. Orders will generally be despatched direct to you within 3 working days. Custom made items will take longer, please check at time of ordering.
Delivery charges
For member orders there is no delivery charge on orders over £50.00*.
For non-member orders and member orders under £50.00, a standard delivery charge of £6.50* will apply.
If your order is urgent please phone 08717 11 11 11 to ask for next day delivery at no extra charge (Monday - Friday only). This service is only available for stock items if ordered before 4pm.
* Please note that additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Channel Islands, Eire and anywhere outside the UK.
I would like my order to be delivered or invoiced to an alternative address, can you arrange that?
We can deliver and invoice to any address, however all orders need to be signed for so please only give home addresses if there will be someone there to sign for your parcel, unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.
My delivery needs to be booked in, is this a problem?
Please note that deliveries that need to be booked in by our carrier will incur a £12.99 booking in fee.
I have only received part of my order where is the rest?
If your order is quite large it may be sent in two or more parcels, they are despatched at the same time but sometimes get separated in transit, the complete order should however arrive within two working days. If you have ordered a wallchart it will always be sent separately in a tube. Non stock products on your despatch note will be indicated with the letters VM (via manufacturer) to indicate that it will not be included in the parcel. If in doubt please phone us on 08717 11 11 11.
Very occasionally an item may be out of stock if this is the case the product will be marked ‘to follow’ on your despatch note and will be forwarded to you as soon as it is available, if the delay is likely to be more than a few days we will contact you to let you know.
