If you should order an item and find out it is not what you want in most cases we are happy to arrange a refund* for you, just phone us and we can establish if there is something that would suit your requirements better.  For unwanted items that you wish to return a postage and handling fee may be charged dependent upon the type of product.  The exact charge will be confirmed at time of calling.

*Refunds are only given after considering other outstanding debts on the account.  Any debts that are due will be deducted from the requested refund.  All refunds are processed on a bi-weekly cycle.
