Returns and Refunds Policy

If you order something that is received faulty or damaged in transit we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately, please phone us on 03717 11 11 11 for details of the procedure.  In this case all postage costs will be incurred by ourselves.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to cooling off period where we will offer you a full refund if  you request one in writing within the 14 working days following the receipt of your order.  This includes the original delivery charge but excludes the cost of returning the goods to us.  All goods must be returned complete and in the original packaging, credit notes are only raised on receipt of goods back so please ensure high value goods are sent back on a Tracked service with Proof of Delivery and appropriate insurance cover.  This does not include personalised and customised products, once signed off, unless damaged or faulty.  Requests should be put in writing to FTA Shop, Hermes House, St Johns Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9UZ or by email to sales@fta.co.uk

*Refunds are only given after considering other outstanding debts on the account. Any debts that are due will be deducted from the requested refund. All refunds are processed on a bi-weekly cycle.
