Returns and Refunds Policy
If you order something that is received faulty or damaged in transit we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately, please phone us on 08717 11 11 11 for details of the procedure.
If you should order an item and find out it is not what you want, in most cases, we are happy to arrange a refund* for you, just phone us and we can establish if there is something that would suit your requirements better. For unwanted items that you wish to return, a postage and handling fee may be charged dependent upon the type of product. The exact charge will be confirmed at time of calling.
Personalised and customised products, once signed off, will not be refunded or replaced unless damaged or faulty.
*Refunds are only given after considering other outstanding debts on the account. Any debts that are due will be deducted from the requested refund. All refunds are processed on a bi-weekly cycle.
