The contract's content will be stored.  You may store the terms and readily look them up.  For safety reasons your order's data are not available via internet.  We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Use of Freight Transport Association online recruitment portal

This information is processed to enable Freight Transport Association to comply with its equal opportunities and diversity obligations. You agree that we may provide your Personal Data to any third parties we consider relevant for the Purpose of Processing you order.

Unless we employ you (in which case we may retain your Personal Data for a longer period) or you specifically notify us in writing, we will retain your Personal Data for a period of one year for the Purpose of Processing your order only.

Use of FTA's on-line shop

When you provide Freight Transport Association with information and credit card details using the online shop you expressly agree to Freight Transport Association processing this information, which may include personal data and sensitive personal data (‘Personal Data’), for the purposes of recruitment, employment or potential employment with Freight Transport Association including considering you for employment positions with Freight Transport Association in the future (Purpose of Processing).

Customer card information is never stored on our sytems. Card information is only used to pass to a third party payment provider, Protx VSP Systems . Card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that no payment details can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Cookies
